Job Overview We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing top-notch guest service while efficiently handling transactions and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. Whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or processing payments, you'll play a key part in ensuring our guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with their seating and dining needs in a courteous manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS. Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and beverage service, ensuring presentation standards are met. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy. Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, or specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in food service is required . Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
