Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience. Assist with menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism. Process payments using the POS system. Qualifications

• Previous host/host or server experience in a restaurant setting is required. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
