Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you. Duties
  • Greet guests and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
  • Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
  • Clear tables and clean up after guests leave
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless dining experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS or similar software
  • Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
