Automotive Technician/Mechanic

We are a BUSY established full-service shop looking for honest and experienced A techs and helper B or C techs to grow our team! We are entering our 30th year of providing professional, quality, and friendly service to the community. We offer a very competitive starting pay based on your skill level and signing bonuses for the right person! What we're looking for: Previous experience as a mechanic/automotive technician. Looking for 8+ years for our A techs. We prioritize those with a New York State Inspectors License High school diploma, vocational school, or college education is always a plus, but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with brakes, steering, suspension, tires, routine services, and diagnostics. A positive attitude and willingness to work are always appreciated! Must be honest about your strengths and weaknesses We are always learning new skills and don't shy away from lack of experience within reason Must be reliable and provide quality work for us and our customers Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment What you'll be doing: Repair automobiles, trucks, and other motor vehicles Assess issues and provide recommendations for future services Perform routine vehicle maintenance Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer What you'll get: Competitive pay commensurate with experience.

Starting pay:

• $72,500, B TECH
• $52,000, C TECH
