Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash transactions accurately and handle credit card payments with professionalism Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including wine pairings, spirits, and food safety protocols Assist with food handling, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and ensuring cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently Experience in food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values hospitality excellence!
