The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable dining experience. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Prior experience in diners and american resturants is prefered. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and responding promptly to requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues efficiently Skills Experience with working in diners and American restaurants. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting including night shifts or weekends if required Strong communication skills for guest relations and team collaboration This position offers an engaging work environment where guest satisfaction is the top priority. Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences.
