In this energetic role, you will be the first to deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to our guests' tables, helping to create memorable moments through exceptional service. Responsibilities Deliver hot and cold food orders promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing dishes when needed, supporting kitchen staff in maintaining efficiency. Clear and clean tables efficiently by bussing dishes, resetting for new guests, and maintaining a tidy dining area. Support host/hostess staff by managing guest flow, answering questions about menu items, and providing friendly in-person customer service. Handle basic food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations during food delivery and service. Assist with beverage preparation or refilling drinks as directed by servers or bartenders. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management using clear phone etiquette or POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential! Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent guest relations. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or POS operations confidently. Knowledge of food safety standards, dishwashing procedures, and proper food handling practices. Experience with order taking, serving, bussing tables, or delivery driver roles is a plus. Familiarity with restaurant technology such as OpenTable or cashier systems like Micros POS is advantageous. Pay:
$24.19 - $29.13 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
