Haven Rooftop is seeking experienced and guest-focused Servers to join our team in the heart of Manhattan. We are looking for energetic hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to create memorable dining experiences while maintaining a polished and professional presence. 2+ years Manhattan restaurant experience required What you will be doing: Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Maintaining strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, wine, and specials Managing multiple tables and guest requests in a high-volume environment Delivering food and beverages while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards Creating a welcoming and engaging experience for every guest Processing payments and handling guest concerns professionally Working closely with support staff, bartenders, and management to maintain smooth operations What you bring to the table: Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, rooftop, lounge, or upscale hospitality environment Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stay organized and composed during busy shifts Professional appearance and polished demeanor Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays NYC Food Handler's Certificate preferred If you enjoy high-energy environments, great music, beautiful city views, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
