Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone. Process cash, credit card, and other payments. Serve food and beverages and assist in delivering orders to dining room tables. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room and lobby. Complete side work such as portioning ingredients, stocking supplies, folding boxes, and preparing items for service. Clean tables, counters, restrooms, and other assigned areas. Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and company standards. Stay productive during slower periods by completing cleaning and preparation tasks without needing constant direction. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance. Strong work ethic with the ability to stay busy and take initiative. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking. Willingness to complete cleaning duties and side work as part of the job. Team-oriented with a "help wherever needed" mindset. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is more than just a cashier—we want a team member who takes ownership of their work, is dependable, enjoys keeping the restaurant clean and organized, and is committed to providing every customer with a great experience.
