Waitress bilingual English/Spanish

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and bilingual fluent in English/Spanish Waitress to join our vibrant food service team! You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing food and beverage orders efficiently, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly in both languages, providing a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; excellent communication skills in both languages Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
