Job Summary Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand of Webster's Bistro Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any concerns. A strong team player Excellent communication skills Organized with a great attention to detail Ability to know and understand full menus both food and beverage Knowledgeable of wines, cocktails and beer Ability to explain how various menu items are prepared describing ingredients and cooking methods. Prepare tables for dining, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, china and glassware. Completion of opening and closing tasks as per checklists

Prerequisites:

3-5 years service experience casual/fine dining.
