Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightclub environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage time effectively while providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their time with us by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Handle cash transactions responsibly, processing payments with precision. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and dining spaces in accordance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Provide recommendations on menu items and drinks based on guest preferences. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions as needed. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing payments Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
