We are looking for an energetic, multi-talented Pizza Counter & Floor Server who can handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. You will be the face of the shop—handling everything from phone orders and deliveries to table service and cocktails. In addition to daily operations, you will assist in hosting and serving for private events , ensuring our guests have a top-tier experience. Responsibilities Order Management:

Take accurate phone and walk-in orders; manage the packing of food for delivery and takeout to ensure every order goes out hot and complete.

Full-Service Hosting:

Greet guests and provide table service, including taking food orders and serving drinks (wine, beer, and cocktails).

Private Events:

Assist in the setup, service, and breakdown of private parties and special events, providing professional hospitality to large groups.

POS Operations:

Efficiently operate the POS system to process sales, handle cash, and manage guest checks.

Kitchen Synergy:

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timing is right and orders are accurate.

Shop Upkeep:

Maintain a clean and organized counter and dining area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications Versatility:

Ability to switch between the pizza counter, the phones, floor service, and private events seamlessly.

Experience:

Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-casual environment is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication skills and a professional "team-player" mindset.

Beverage Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of wine and cocktails (or a willingness to learn) for table service.

Multitasking:

Must be able to handle high-volume periods (lunch/dinner rushes) and the specific demands of private events with poise.
