The Little Shop is seeking experienced server to join our team. This position is scheduled for Tuesdays and Saturdays. Flexibility to work private events and additional shifts is strongly preferred. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in genuine hospitality, works well as a part of a team, and can maintain composure during busy service. We're looking for team members who bring authenticity, kindness, and personality to the guest experience while maintaining the standards of our service and workplace.

Role Expectations:

Must have two+ years of serving experience in an elevated cocktail bar environment, preferably with NYC experience. Basic knowledge of classic cocktails and wines Attention to detail, with a commitment to cleanliness and organization Friendly and personable, able to engage with guests Assist in enforcing and maintaining health and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service practices (TIPS certification is a major plus) This is a customer-facing (FOH) position so interpersonal/service skills are a must A strong communicator with a positive attitude Help to foster a positive environment for both guests and other members of our team, and provide exceptional service to guests Willingness to be cross-trained as a host is a plus Willingness to be cross-trained at our 'sister bar' is a plus Must be punctual and dependable Must be calm, collected, and focused under pressure.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in elevated cocktail bar/dining environments Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently for several hours on your feet Knowledge of Resy/Open Table is a plus, but not required Please apply with resumé attached in PDF format.
