Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and give correct change using basic math skills Upsell menu items like wines, cocktails, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and manage guest inquiries effectively Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and sanitation standards Basic math proficiency for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join us to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant setting where your energy makes a difference!
