Job Description
We are looking for an experienced server to add to our team! We are open Tuesday through Sunday; serving breakfast and lunch 7AM 'til 1:30PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Fridays we serve breakfast and lunch 7Am to 2PM and dinner until 7:30PM. The weekends are breakfast only 7AM to 12:30PM! We are looking to have this position be filled for two of these shifts with room to grow! At Maryann's, we are a family and our customers are our top priority! ```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals
- Assist with bussing duties as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines ```Requirements```
- This position is for servers over the age of 18 years
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Pay:
$15.00- $50.
