Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and assist with resetting for new guests Handle food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or plating when necessary, especially during busy periods Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist in maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, including bussing, wiping down tables, and organizing service stations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food handling procedures Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing Experience with banquet service, catering events, or large parties is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume service times while maintaining attention to detail Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and energetic approach to hospitality Previous kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Hospitality background in hotels or fine dining establishments is beneficial but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
