Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using Toast POS (Point of Sale) system and process sales transactions efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Manage cash handling accurately and process payments swiftly while providing excellent guest relations Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, beverage service, and food safety standards Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently in a lively environment Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality makes every guest's visit extraordinary!
