SERVER (EXPERIENCED, YEAR-ROUND) Jack's Grill - Speonk / Westhampton, NY Jack's Grill is a new American restaurant focused on warm, attentive service and a well-run dining room. We are building a small, professional front-of-house team and are looking for experienced servers who take pride in hospitality. This is a fast-paced but organized environment. We're looking for people who can handle a full section, stay composed, and create a great experience for guests. Responsibilities Provide attentive, professional service to all guests Manage a full section efficiently during service Maintain strong knowledge of food, drinks, and menu changes Communicate clearly with kitchen and team Keep tables, stations, and dining room clean and organized Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment Requirements 2+ years serving experience in a busy restaurant Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Strong communication and guest-facing skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Weekend and peak-season availability required Must have own housing Compensation Hourly + tips Expected total earnings: $30-$50/hour (higher during peak season) Full-time or part-time, year-round Additional Details Small team, high standards Focus on consistency and guest experience Opportunity to grow with the restaurant To Apply Please apply with resume or brief description of experience or stop by during our open call:
