Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros or Aloha POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations Assist with food handling, preparation support, and adherence to food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Support opening or closing procedures as needed, including cash handling and shift reports Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or Aloha POS for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment Culinary experience or food industry background to understand menu items and food safety standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus for managing guest seating efficiently Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is desirable for adapting to different service styles Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold health standards Hospitality background with strong guest relations skills to create welcoming atmospheres Join us in delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
