Job Description
Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, and create memorable moments for our guests. Your enthusiasm, culinary knowledge, and sales skills will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Whether guiding guests through our menu, upselling specials, or ensuring food safety standards are met, you'll be a key player in delivering top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items, daily specials, and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions efficiently, process sales accurately, and manage credit card payments with POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation and food handling to support kitchen staff when needed Provide knowledgeable wine, spirits, and cocktail recommendations to elevate the guest experience Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cashiering and sales transaction processing Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Experience with wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and spirits is highly desirable Hospitality background with experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties or food industry roles preferred Join us to be part of an exciting team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
