Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team for various events and functions. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, set-up, and serving of food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.Duties:
- Set up banquet room as instructed by the event coordinator
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Clear tables efficiently during and after events
- Assist with food and drink preparation as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Experience in bussing, food service, or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services
- Proficiency in food handling procedures and guest relations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic event environment, gain experience in banquet service, and interact with diverse clientele.
