Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service with spirits knowledge Process cash and credit transactions accurately while managing sales and upselling opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use OpenTable or other reservation systems to manage guest seating and reservations effectively Engage with guests to enhance their experience through personalized service and upselling of menu items like wine or specialty drinks Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively setting!
