Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Build positive guest relations through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage options to educate guests and recommend pairings or specialty drinks Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery in a lively environment such as fine dining or nightclub settings Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is advantageous Experience with cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits service, or beverage programs is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is essential Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Prior experience working in fine dining or nightlife venues such as nightclubs enhances your suitability for this role Excellent guest relations skills combined with a positive attitude to create memorable dining experiences Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
