Duties Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff. Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area. Support servers by refilling beverages, delivering condiments, and attending to guest needs promptly. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required. Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout all duties. Collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service during busy event periods. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures is essential. Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Kitchen or hotel experience will be considered an asset. Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and hospitality standards.
