Job Summary We are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Part Time Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. We are looking for 1 weekday and every other Sunday currently. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and attentive beverage and food service. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, including taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by properly handling food, cleaning tables, and assisting with bussing duties. Serve beverages responsibly, including spirits and wine knowledge, ensuring proper drink presentation and guest enjoyment. Support food safety protocols by following sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while providing exceptional guest relations throughout the dining experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing transactions. Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques. Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage guests warmly and handle diverse needs effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing sales transactions, and managing tabs accurately. Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations within the food industry. Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a friendly attitude.
