Greet our guests with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for a memorable evening Serve a variety of dinner and beverage options with efficiency and care Maintain a clean, inviting dining area that feels welcoming and comfortable Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure smooth, seamless service Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with proactive, friendly service Handle transactions accurately while adhering to Hilton's high standards

What We Are Looking For:

1+ year of server experience in a restaurant setting: You have hands-on experience providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You're familiar with restaurant operations, and you know how to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a positive guest experience. Exceptional communication skills A positive, energetic attitude: You love interacting with people and are always ready to greet guests with a smile. Your energy is contagious, and you know how to brighten someone's day, whether it's a first-time guest or a regular customer. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service : You have a good understanding of how to serve food and drinks correctly, including any health and safety protocols, and are capable of memorizing the menu to offer knowledgeable recommendations to guests. A passion for hospitality : Above all, you genuinely care about providing top-notch service and ensuring guests leave with a smile.
