Duties Prepare ingredients by slicing, dicing, and assembling according to recipes and menu specifications using proper knife skills and slicing techniques. Assist in meal preparation by following established recipes, portioning ingredients accurately, and ensuring food presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations by cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment regularly to meet food safety standards. Serve food to guests or customers promptly while maintaining excellent communication with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Follow all safety standards in production, handling food properly to prevent contamination or spoilage, and managing food safety protocols diligently. Requirements Previous experience in a dietary or food service environment is highly preferred; experience in dietary aide or restaurant settings is a plus. Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards in production, and food safety management practices. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and serving guests efficiently. Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through regular cleaning routines.
