We partner with small farms and local artisans to deliver seasonal produce, dairy, meats, and pantry staples, making it easy to shop small and eat well. About the Opportunity If you like the idea of being your own boss, working independently, and earning consistent pay, this opportunity is for you. We're looking for Personal Shoppers to pack and deliver fresh grocery orders for customers throughout Central and Upstate New York — primarily in the Syracuse and Utica areas, with occasional routes to Rochester and Albany. Unlike gig apps where you wait for orders, Off the Muck Market provides guaranteed, pre-assigned routes every week. You'll spend a short time at our Syracuse dark store packing your own orders, then hit the road to complete your deliveries — no shopping at grocery stores, no waiting around for requests. What You'll Do Pack assigned customer orders at our dark store (about 2-2.5 hours per day). Load your vehicle and ensure all items are organized and secure. Deliver orders directly to customers using no-contact, drop-and-go delivery. Follow provided routes and delivery schedules using our mobile app. Communicate with our operations team as needed for updates or support. Schedule & Workload Delivery days: Wednesdays & Thursdays each week

Average 25 stops per day - Depending on vehicle size
Hours:
About 14-18 total per week
Wednesday:
~5-6 hours
Thursday:
~7-8 hours Plus 2-2.5 hours of light packing before each route Flexible start and end times within your delivery window Winter driving required — applicants must be comfortable driving in winter conditions and to Albany or Rochester when needed.
