32 North is seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven servers to join our growing team. We are looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch and dining environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, specials, and ingredients Upsell menu items, beverages, and desserts Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly maintained throughout service Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and support staff Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years serving experience preferred High-volume restaurant or brunch experience is a plus Strong multitasking and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently under pressure Weekend and holiday availability required

Compensation:

$10.65/hour plus tips 20% mandatory gratuity structure High-volume environment with strong earning potential Estimated tips: approximately $600-$800/week based on schedule and performance
