Position Overview The VIP Table Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service along with providing guests with beverage and bottle service. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Pacha NY company policy and procedures. Key Responsibilities Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner Actively up-selling menu items and limited edition bottle packages in order to maximize sales Responsible for the security and accuracy of Credit Cards, Table Charges and Pre-Authorization according to check opening and closing policies Handling cash and credit card transactions at the point of sale Delegate duties to table attendants Communicate any problems or situations detrimental to property to immediate supervisor Marketing, promoting, and be knowledgeable on specific events that endorse the venue & brand

Requirements:

Qualifications Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene Technique and style should stay current and in line with current fashion standards and trends Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive, and friendly persona at all times Requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails Willing to work in loud and fast-paced environments The ability to work within a team environment Experience in bottle service preferred, but not required

Salary Range:

USD 11.35
