Must be available Friday and Saturday nights 5-9. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. As a Food Runner, you will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth operations and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Assist servers by communicating order details and ensuring accuracy of food presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Support the team in maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout the restaurant. Utilize Aloha POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking processes is a plus. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
