Requirements:

Must be 18+ with at least 2 years of restaurant serving experience References required from previous serving positions Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and alcoholic beverages Must be capable of learning our menu quickly Friendly, personable, and attentive to customers Strong multitasking, communication, and upselling skills Reliable, quick learner, and able to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages Recommend menu items, upsell drinks and appetizers Check on guests and ensure customer satisfaction Handle payments and operate POS system Maintain clean tables, dining areas, and server stations Assist with opening, closing, and side work Work as a team to provide smooth, efficient service during busy shifts

Pay & Compensation:

Training Rate:

$16/hour

Starting Rate:

$10.70/hour+ (based on experience), plus tips after training

Typical Tips:
