Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, food handling, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Demonstrate excellent knowledge of drink service, cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and spirits to educate guests when appropriate Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly attitude Basic math skills for bill calculations and sales processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
