PART-TIME SERVERS, BUSSERS & BARTENDERS
Westhampton Country Club | Westhampton Beach, NY Westhampton Country Club is seeking reliable, energetic, and service-minded individuals to join our hospitality team for the remainder of the 2026 season through October . Position Details Part-time seasonal positions through October Weekend availability is required Must be available for both daytime and evening shifts on weekends Additional weekday availability is a plus Previous restaurant, country club, bar, or hospitality experience preferred Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment SERVERS Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and beverages efficiently Maintain knowledge of menus and club service standards Ensure an exceptional dining experience for members and guests BUSSERS Assist servers with efficient table service Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Assist with food and beverage service as needed Support the service team during busy periodsBARTENDERS
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide professional and attentive service to members and guests Maintain knowledge of the club's beverage offerings Keep the bar clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow all club service standards and responsible alcohol-service practices Previous bartending experience preferredWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
