Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards. Anticipate guest needs by monitoring tables, refilling beverages, clearing courses, and responding promptly to requests. Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure seamless service and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards. Process guest payments accurately and professionally. Requirements Previous serving experience required; fine dining experience strongly preferred. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Strong communication and guest service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
