Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, professional, and personable Server to deliver exceptional hospitality while serving our members and their guests. The ideal candidate thrives in an upscale private club environment and is committed to providing personalized, high-quality service that reflects the standards of our distinguished membership. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, warm, and professional table service to our members and their guests in the dining room, lounge, grill, and private event spaces. Accurately take orders, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and describe menu items, daily specials, wines, and cocktails. Anticipate member needs, maintain excellent table presentation, and ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization. Process orders efficiently through the POS system and handle billing with accuracy and discretion. Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless experiences for our members. Uphold club standards for professionalism, etiquette, and appearance at all times. Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas and special events as needed.
Experience & Qualifications Required Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of upscale restaurant, fine dining, or private club serving experience. Proven ability to deliver exceptional service in a member-focused environment. Experience with POS systems and high-end service standards.
Skills & Attributes:
Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service. Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years of age (for alcohol service). Valid food handler's card and responsible alcohol service certification required.
Preferred:
Previous private club or country club experience. Sommelier or advanced wine knowledge. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage + generous gratuities. Comprehensive benefits package (for full-time). Pay:
$10.70 - $13.00 per hour
