Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders. Handle cash transactions and process payments through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems for efficient order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety standards are met. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours in a restaurant or nightclub setting.
