Summary As a Food Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your expertise in POS systems and food service will enable you to efficiently take orders and serve beverages and meals. With a strong background in restaurant experience and food safety, you will ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and engage with guests will enhance their experience, making you a vital part of our team in a vibrant and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities As a Food Server, Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take and process orders accurately using POS systems and handhelds. Cash out customers and maintain a bank including daily drop. Prepare and serve beverages, including checking ID's while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address customer inquiries. Maintain cleanliness of the dining areas, bussing of tables, including proper handling of food and utensils. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies, doing fills, wrapping silverware, and cleaning as needed.
