Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating cocktail experience and spirits knowledge Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating food handling skills and culinary experience Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns professionally Manage multiple tables effectively through strong time management skills in a bustling environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless order processing Demonstrated cocktail skills, spirits expertise, wine knowledge, and beverage service proficiency Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Previous experience in serving or host/hostess roles preferred; food industry background highly valued Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift trays or supplies as needed, and perform cleaning duties efficiently Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality!
