Server/Cashier Job Description Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take Ice Cream orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues as needed
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

Qualifications:

• Strong math skills, including basic math and retail math, to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We will hire starting at 16 years of age.

Sanitation practices and knowledge of kitchen operations are desirable but not mandatory for this position.
