Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender / Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, engaging with our loyal patrons, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent recommendations from our comfort food menu and weekly chef specials. Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register / Aloha POS system. Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed. Ensure strict compliance with all food safety regulations and standards.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Proven experience in bartending, drink preparation, and cash handling. (Banquet, event, or nightclub bartending experience is a plus!)

Beverage Knowledge:

Strong understanding of brewing processes and various types of beverages.

Customer Service:

Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with patrons effectively and warmly.

Math & Tech Skills:

Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory. Familiarity with the SkyTab POS system is a bonus.

Safety First:

Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
