Job Overview We are seeking a Server to join our team in a fast-paced brewery setting with a full service restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including specials, to enhance the guest experience. Upsell menu items to maximize opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, checking in with guests regularly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation. Adhere to all sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure guest health and safety. Assist with hosting duties as needed, providing support during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary experience is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
