Server (Hours 7am-2pm)

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Eat at Joes. Eat at Joes is a breakfast and lunch restaurant open from 7am-2pm seven days a week. The ideal candidate will be passionate for great service, and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied throughout their dining experience. All applicants must have weekend availability. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Experience using a POS Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly. Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper handling procedures. Assist with cash handling, including processing payments and managing tips. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen as needed. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Skills Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry. Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills for transactions. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
