What You'll Do:

Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally Maintain thorough knowledge of our BBQ menu and daily specials Ensure tables are clean, organized, and service-ready Handle payments and process transactions accurately Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
