Welcome guests and create a positive dining experience Guide guests through the menu and make food and beverage recommendations Accurately take and enter orders Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately Maintain a clean and organized dining room Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff Ensure guests receive exceptional service from start to finish
