Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high level of service throughout the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, striving for customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Participate in banquet service and catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Skills Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices. Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate special requests effectively. Previous experience as a barista or in other food service roles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
