What you will be responsible for: Greet customers as they come in within 30 seconds of them sitting down Greet customers with menus, silverware, and napkins and get their drink order Take customers order and enter into POS immediately Monitor expo window for your food and delivery immediately with appropriate set ups (syrup, toast, butter, crackers, dressing, soup spoon etc) Ensure that the food being delivered is up to standard with what you would serve in your own home to a guest Routinely check on customers for order accuracy and refills Get dessert order from customer, prepare order, and delivery order in timely manner Pre bus all tables and maintain table cleanliness throughout dining experience Beginning of shift, end of shift, and continuous side work is to be completed for your appropriate section scheduled Always check with closing staff members and MOD prior to leaving for your shift to ensure closing side work was completed.
