Responsibilities Works with supervisor to order all necessary food and supplies Prepares and serves food Assumes responsibility for sanitary conditions in the work area, oven, freezer unit, and trays Assumes responsibility for storage of food and supplies Keeps and prepares necessary records and reports Assist in planning menus Supervise student helpers Assumes additional responsibilities as needed in the cafeteria Assist in monitoring student behavior Any other duties requested by the Supervisor of Food Service/designee.
