• Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly
• Check back with guests throughout their meal
• Handle guest requests or concerns professionally
• Keep your section clean, organized, and ready for service
• Communicate clearly with cooks, hosts, managers, and other servers
• Support your teammates during busy shifts
• Follow restaurant standards for cleanliness, service, and guest care
